Support RS232 Control

The MRA/C-K adaptor can be used to control many T+A systems via an RS232 port. The control unit can be virtually any multi-room control system, such as CRESTRON, AMX, Control4 etc., but a PC can also be used. All the commands of the expanded RCII command set are available for RS232 control. The RS232 connection of T+A equipment is bi-directional: the system confirms every command, so that the programmer can always be certain whether a particular command has actually been carried out by the T+A system. Status queries are also possible with the bi-directional interface. The device status makes it possible to provide a visual representation of the current source, volume, surround mode and many other system parameters of the T+A system on the front panel of the RS232 control device.
