You are welcome to use the form below to make an appointment to upgrade your MP 2000 R MKII or MP 2500 R to the Streaming Client G3.

The hardware upgrade includes the conversion to the new Audiophile Streaming Architecture (ASA) G3. The new Streaming Client G3 offers access to a variety of high-quality and convenient connect services that enable direct music streaming from the mobile device to the T+A device, e.g. via Tidal Connect, Spotify Connect or Apple AirPlay 2. In addition, the ASA G3 integrates many high-res streaming services directly and enables native streaming of DSD files via the streaming client without any conversion. In addition to new hardware components for the streaming architecture, this upgrade includes device-specific control software.

The complex hardware conversion is carried out at T+A in Herford by our qualified technicians.

After receiving your appointment request, we will check it and send you an appointment proposal by e-mail as soon as possible. Once a possible upgrade date has been confirmed, please send us your MP 2000 R MKII or MP 2500 R on time or bring it directly to us in Herford.
So that you do not have to wait unnecessarily long for your device, we ask for your understanding that we cannot accept device deliveries without a prior appointment.

If you do not wish to organize shipping to our factory yourself, please contact your authorized T+A dealer.

Alternatively, T+A can also order a pick-up by DHL and if you do not have transport packaging to hand, we will be happy to send it to you. We will conveniently add this service to the invoice amount for you.

We will inform you of the exact costs for the upgrade, for a possible collection or transport packaging in a non-binding written offer.
