You are welcome to use the following form to make an appointment for the upgrade of your MP 3000 HV.

The hardware upgrade includes the new T+A Streaming Client with Airable Internet Radio, Tidal, Qobuz and Deezer.  It also includes an FM/DAB+ tuner and a Bluetooth receiver.

The cost for the hardware conversion of your MP 3000 HV will be communicated to you by our electronics service. You can also request the price directly by telephone or e-mail from our electronics service. The complex hardware conversion is carried out at T+A in Herford, Germany by our qualified technicians. Irregardless of any existing device warranty, you will receive a 2-year factory warranty on the newly installed components.

We will check when the hardware upgrade can be carried out and then contact you as soon as possible.

Once a possible upgrade date has been confirmed, we will ask you to send us your MP 3000 HV.

If you are unable to ship your MP 3000 HV to our factory yourself, please contact your T+A distributor or our eletronic service. 

Please note that your device may remain at the factory for up to 14 days.
